  3. Product damage (shampooing too often, using too much product) -solutions: don’t shampoo so often, only shampoo your scalp, use gentle shampoo
  4. Physical damage: towel drying, unnecessary friction
  5. Heat damage -lessen time and exposure to heat, invest in tools that cause less damage (Dyson supersonic)
  6. UV damage -tip, use hats
